Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government or public sector analysis
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Indiana state regulations and municipal codes
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
