Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit compliance with federal/state regulations across 15+ government programs
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks using risk-based methodologies
- Prepare detailed regulatory reports for executive leadership and legislative committees
- Coordinate with 5+ state agencies to resolve compliance discrepancies within 48 hours
- Train department heads on new regulatory requirements and policy updates
- Lead internal investigations with 95% resolution rate within 30 days
- Maintain compliance documentation exceeding 10,000 records annually
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years government compliance/regulatory experience
- Valid Tennessee State Compliance Certification (TSCC)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GRC software
- Deep understanding of Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) and CFR regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities with 100% deadline compliance
- US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
