Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years government compliance or regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of Texas municipal regulations and federal guidelines
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., ComplySci, PolicyManager)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- US citizenship required for government clearance
