Responsibilities
- Process and review government applications and documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate complex policy information to the public and stakeholders in a clear, professional, and accessible manner.
- Maintain and update official government records and databases in strict compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and delivery of public services.
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of pension and benefit programs.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support policy decisions and agency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, public sector, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government database systems.
