Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex urban policy issues affecting Minneapolis residents

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated knowledge of urban governance frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with public engagement processes and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
