Responsibilities
- Manage and secure local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN) for government clients.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal information security regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and training to government staff.
- Document system architecture and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration within the government sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a government background check if not already cleared.
