Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support department operations.
- Assist visitors and employees with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and communications efficiently.
- Prepare basic reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications
