Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emergency/non-emergency inquiries during night hours
- Coordinate cross-departmental operations for seamless 24/7 service delivery
- Document incidents, reports, and operational activities using digital systems
- Conduct routine facility checks and security patrols
- Train and mentor new team members on night shift protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for operational handovers
- Adhere to all federal, state, and county regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Minimum 2 years government/public sector experience
- Valid California driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident reporting software
- Pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
