Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical city infrastructure systems during night shifts
- Respond to emergency dispatches and coordinate with first responders
- Document operational activities and prepare detailed shift reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations
- Conduct routine safety inspections and preventive maintenance
- Support disaster recovery protocols during off-hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
