- Office Management: Manage office supplies, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for agency leadership.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring all office procedures adhere to state and federal government regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office environment or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
