Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure government facility access points during weekend shifts.
- Perform routine administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record management.
- Coordinate with on-call security personnel to address facility emergencies.
- Assist visitors and state employees with inquiries regarding office protocols.
- Conduct inventory checks for office supplies and equipment.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports regarding shift activities and incidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in government, public administration, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.
