Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of public policy issues affecting the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior city officials and the public.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new government regulations and initiatives.
- Monitor legislative changes at the federal and state levels and assess their local impact.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and agency policies.
- Identify trends in data to optimize budget allocations and resource management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government analysis, public policy, or a related sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
