Responsibilities
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects ensuring compliance with federal/state/local regulations
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend evidence-based solutions for community challenges
- Manage grant applications and ensure proper fund allocation across programs
- Liaise between government bodies and community stakeholders to address public concerns
- Prepare detailed reports for legislative bodies and senior leadership
- Implement emergency response protocols during critical incidents
- Oversee public outreach initiatives and engagement campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years government/public sector experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in government reporting systems (e.g., SAM.gov, Grants.gov)
- Knowledge of Colorado Revised Statutes and federal regulations
- Exceptional crisis management and communication skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
