Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or non-profit program management experience
- Strong knowledge of municipal operations and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
