Responsibilities
- Analyze complex municipal policies and draft evidence-based recommendations
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions with community leaders and residents

- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement strategic plans
- Monitor legislative changes affecting local government operations
- Present findings to City Council and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of North Carolina municipal regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with community outreach and public engagement
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
