Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-million dollar state programs from planning to execution

Qualifications

- Active Washington State security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in OMB Circular A-11 and federal grant compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management tools
- PMP or CP certification preferred
- Demonstrated crisis management experience during emergencies
- Valid Washington State driver's license
