Responsibilities
- Develop and implement municipal policy initiatives aligned with city strategic goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in government operations or public sector management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, GIS)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of Ohio Revised Code and municipal governance frameworks
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with public presentation experience
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 90 days of hire
