- Respond to public records requests during weekend operating hours
- Maintain digital and physical document archives per state compliance standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless record continuity
- Utilize specialized records management software (e.g., Laserfiche)
- Train weekend visitors on records access procedures
- Conduct quarterly audits of weekend processing workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in government records or public administration
- CA Public Records Act certification preferred
- Expertise in digital archiving systems (CMS, SharePoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive materials with discretion
- Valid California driver's license
- Clear background check and fingerprint clearance
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
- Ability to lift 20lb document boxes
