Responsibilities
- Manage and archive incoming government documents, applications, and official correspondence with high accuracy.
- Verify and process sensitive information in compliance with state privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Assist the public and internal staff with inquiries regarding state services via phone, email, and in-person during weekend hours.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of records.
- Prepare weekly status reports on processed workload and inventory levels.
- Operate standard office equipment, including scanners, printers, and multi-line telephone systems.
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless handover of information and projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, records management, or customer service.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government databases.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
