Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate government databases and records with a focus on weekend coverage.
- Process incoming applications, permits, and documentation with high speed and accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local privacy and data retention regulations.
- Assist in the digitization and archiving of historical government documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and the public regarding case status and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or records management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary government security clearance.
