Responsibilities
- Monitor and control all access points to the facility, verifying credentials for all personnel and visitors.
- Conduct thorough patrols of the interior and exterior premises to deter unauthorized activity and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and logs for every shift worked.
- Assist in coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and government regulations strictly at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Nevada Driver’s License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or the military is highly preferred.
