Responsibilities
- Process Applications: Efficiently review and process government applications and benefit requests.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to constituents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Compliance: Ensure all agency procedures adhere to federal and state regulations and policies.

- Weekly Reporting: Submit daily logs and weekly progress reports to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government database software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for travel between offices.
