Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors at our front desk and service windows.
- Process and verify government documents, applications, and permits with high accuracy.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding local ordinances, permits, and administrative procedures.
- Maintain an organized and secure filing system for all department records.
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Operate office equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers, efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government, customer service, or public administration is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
