Responsibilities
- Monitor emergency response systems and coordinate weekend dispatch operations
- Conduct facility security patrols and preventative maintenance checks
- Process weekend permitting requests and regulatory compliance documents
- Provide citizen support via weekend hotline for critical municipal services
- Manage weekend public event logistics and resource allocation
- Generate weekend activity reports for senior leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams for seamless weekend service continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2+ years public sector experience required
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and municipal software systems
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Flexible availability including holidays and emergency call-outs
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
