Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive fiscal impact analyses for proposed legislation and regulations
- Conduct quantitative research using statistical modeling and economic forecasting
- Prepare policy briefs and presentations for executive leadership and legislative stakeholders
- Collaborate with agency partners to implement evidence-based policy solutions
- Monitor federal and state policy trends affecting Massachusetts' fiscal health

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, Stata) and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of Massachusetts state budget processes and policy frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with policy audiences
