- Collaborate with program staff to gather and refine project data and impact metrics
- Manage grant application processes including compliance reviews and submission deadlines
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners through professional communication
- Track grant outcomes and prepare reports for funders and internal stakeholders
- Stay current on funding trends and regulatory changes affecting nonprofit grants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Nonprofit Management, etc.)
- 3+ years professional grant writing experience with proven funding success
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with portfolio of winning grant proposals
- Strong research abilities and knowledge of funding databases (e.g., Candid, GrantStation)
- Proficient in budget development and financial reporting for grants
- Experience with nonprofit compliance requirements and reporting protocols
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectively
