- Research and identify strategic grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities

- Manage full grant application lifecycle from prospecting to reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with foundation program officers
- Prepare complex budgets and ensure financial compliance requirements
- Track funding trends and maintain accurate grant pipeline reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Non-Profit Management, or related field
- 3+ years of proven grant writing experience with $50K+ funding track record
- Portfolio demonstrating success securing foundation, government, and corporate grants
- Expertise in developing complex budgets and financial narratives
- Exceptional written communication with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with grant databases (e.g., Candid, GrantStation) and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
