Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop persuasive grant proposals, budgets, and supporting narratives
- Manage 15+ active grant applications simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and success stories
- Build and maintain relationships with foundation program officers
- Prepare grant reports ensuring compliance and showcasing outcomes
- Track funding trends and identify emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- 3+ years of proven grant writing success with $500K+ secured annually
- Portfolio demonstrating successful federal/state/private grant applications
- Expertise in budget development for grant proposals
- Proficiency with CRM and grant management software (e.g., Salesforce, GrantHub)
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience with education, healthcare, or social services funding preferred
