Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies
- Develop persuasive grant proposals and reports aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with program teams to gather compelling data and impact metrics
- Manage grant application deadlines and maintain compliance requirements
- Cultivate relationships with funders and represent the organization at meetings
- Analyze funding trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Maintain accurate grant records and reporting databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Nonprofit Management, etc.)
- 3+ years of proven grant writing experience with 80%+ success rate
- Exceptional writing skills with portfolio of funded proposals
- Expertise in researching diverse funding sources (federal, state, private)
- Strong analytical skills for budget development and impact measurement
- Proficiency in CRM and grant management software
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
