Responsibilities
- Research and identify federal, state, and private funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Develop persuasive grant proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and success metrics
- Manage grant application pipeline and ensure compliance with funder requirements
- Prepare compelling reports for existing funders and steward donor relationships
- Stay current on philanthropic trends and funding landscape changes

Qualifications
