Responsibilities
- Research and identify federal, state, private, and corporate grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop persuasive grant proposals, budgets, and reports meeting funder requirements
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with program officers and funding partners
- Collaborate with program staff to gather data and impact stories for compelling narratives
- Manage grant pipeline and ensure timely submission of all funding requests
- Track grant outcomes and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Stay current on funding trends and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Experience developing complex budgets and financial narratives
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify funding opportunities
- Proficiency with grant management databases (e.g., Salesforce NPSP)
