Responsibilities

- Develop persuasive grant proposals and applications with meticulous attention to detail

- Manage grant reporting requirements and ensure compliance with funding guidelines
- Analyze funding trends and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team
- Maintain accurate records of grant applications and outcomes in CRM systems
- Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary project information and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Non-Profit Management, English) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of successful grant writing experience with $500,000+ secured funds
- Exceptional writing skills with portfolio of funded proposals
- Proficiency with grant databases (e.g., Instrumentl, GrantStation) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills for budget development and impact measurement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in flexible environment
- Knowledge of local Laredo non-profit landscape preferred
- Professional certification (GPC) considered advantageous
