Responsibilities
- Research, write, and submit compelling grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and government agencies
- Develop and maintain relationships with funding partners through personalized communications
- Analyze program outcomes to create data-driven funding narratives and reports
- Collaborate with program directors to align funding requests with organizational goals
- Manage grant application processes including budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Conduct prospect research to identify new funding opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in grant management database
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience with verifiable funding success

- Expertise in research, budget development, and program evaluation
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit funding landscape and compliance regulations
