Responsibilities
- Research and identify federal, state, and private funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop persuasive grant proposals and applications exceeding $1M annually
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and narrative content
- Manage grant compliance requirements and reporting documentation
- Maintain relationships with 50+ funding partners through regular communication
- Analyze funding trends to inform strategic grant development plans
- Maintain accurate grant pipeline tracking in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years proven grant writing success with $5M+ secured
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ funded grant proposals
- Expertise in federal, state, and foundation grant processes
- Proficiency with grant databases (e.g., Instrumentl, Candid)
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing remote teams and virtual collaboration tools
- Certificate in Grant Writing (preferred)
