Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Develop compelling grant proposals and applications with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with program teams to gather program data and narratives
- Manage grant reporting requirements and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate grant calendars and submission deadlines
- Analyze funding trends and identify new funding sources
- Build relationships with foundation representatives and program officers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Non-profit Management, or related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
