Our structured 8-week training curriculum includes hands-on mentorship from senior grant professionals, real proposal writing workshops, and dedicated research time. Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a full-time role managing grant portfolios for impactful nonprofits, healthcare institutions, and educational organizations across the Mid-South.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities aligned with organizational missions
- Develop compelling grant proposals and applications with narrative, budget, and compliance sections
- Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies and community partners
- Track grant submissions, reporting requirements, and compliance deadlines
- Analyze funding trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and success stories
- Manage grant databases and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Nonprofit Management, English, or related)
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software
