Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry forecasts.
- Lead the R&D division in exploring emerging technologies including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Computing.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof microservices architectures.
- Mentor and build high-performance engineering teams capable of solving complex global challenges.
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure security, scalability, and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex software products in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with or strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles is highly desirable.
- Strong background in agile methodologies, DevOps, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
