Responsibilities
- Provide weekend patient coordination and health screenings at community outreach events
- Manage immunization records and vaccine administration protocols
- Coordinate emergency public health responses during weekend coverage
- Conduct health education workshops for diverse Dallas communities
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care continuity
- Participate in weekend disaster preparedness drills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience
- Current Texas RN license or EMT certification preferred
- Weekend availability with flexibility for emergency response
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC experience a plus)
- Spanish/English bilingual skills required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for mobile outreach events
