Responsibilities
- Execute heavy civil construction projects with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, rollers) and specialized hand tools
- Perform site preparation, grading, and material handling tasks
- Conduct infrastructure inspections and maintenance of public facilities
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to meet project timelines
- Maintain accurate daily logs and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Valid California Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsement
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Experience with blueprints and survey equipment preferred
