Responsibilities
- Assess client eligibility for state assistance programs including SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid
- Develop and implement personalized service plans for vulnerable populations
- Conduct thorough home visits and crisis intervention assessments
- Maintain accurate case documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with community partners to expand service accessibility
- Provide expert testimony for administrative hearings when required
- Train new staff on program policies and ethical practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in human services or case management
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with reliable transportation
- Certified in Crisis Intervention (preferred)
- Proficiency in state database systems (e.g., FACS)
- Strong knowledge of federal/state compliance regulations
- Excellent conflict resolution and cultural competency skills
