Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and reducing wait times.
- Process driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, title transfers, and other DMV services accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve inquiries regarding DMV services, fees, and policy changes.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Assist customers with navigating complex forms and explain procedures in a clear, friendly manner.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict adherence to security and audit protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing speed and accuracy (40+ wpm).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
