Responsibilities
- Manage federal documentation systems ensuring compliance with OMB regulations and agency policies
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and executive scheduling for senior leadership
- Analyze operational metrics to optimize workflow efficiency and resource allocation
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for congressional review
- Oversee procurement processes following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) standards

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/government administrative operations
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage systems and federal procurement protocols
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills with SharePoint expertise
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal travel regulations and voucher processing
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
