Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal program operations and develop data-driven recommendations for efficiency improvements
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership on program performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives aligned with agency goals
- Conduct research on emerging public health trends and regulatory changes
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with federal procurement guidelines
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements including congressional briefings and interagency meetings
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Health Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management or analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or Tableau) and federal reporting systems
- Demonstrated experience with federal budgeting and procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for policy documents and presentations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Knowledge of healthcare policy and HHS program structure
- Project management certification (PMP or CSM) preferred
