Responsibilities

- Manage confidential records and documentation using secure county systems
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and scheduling
- Prepare official reports and correspondence for public officials
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Support public meetings and community engagement events
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with 99.9% accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Active Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with public records laws (Ohio Sunshine Law)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
