Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and submit complex government documentation and compliance reports.
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and facilitate meetings with federal and state partners.
- Manage program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve community outreach and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with local and national data privacy laws.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of temporary staff for seasonal government initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government administration or public sector.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (if applicable).
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
