Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the agency's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect federal data and information systems in compliance with FISMA.
- Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and capacity planning to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent specialized experience).
- At least 3 years of specialized IT experience in a federal or military environment.
- Possession of a Public Trust Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Deep knowledge of federal IT standards, policies, and regulations (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
