Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise networks, servers, and cybersecurity infrastructure
- Implement and maintain electronic health record systems (VistA) and clinical applications
- Lead IT project lifecycle management from requirements to deployment
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex healthcare IT systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security protocols across all systems
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify technology-driven care improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure management in federal/healthcare environments
- Active Security+ CE certification or equivalent DoD 8570 compliance
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with Epic EHR implementation or healthcare IT systems
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
