Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize secure network infrastructure and cloud systems
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex IT systems and cybersecurity protocols
- Lead system integration projects for veteran service applications
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization initiatives
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in network administration or systems management
- Active Security+ CE or CISSP certification
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and federal compliance standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise-level IT systems
- Experience with FedRAMP and NIST security frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
