Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise networks and cybersecurity infrastructure
- Develop and maintain VA-specific applications using Agile methodologies
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for electronic health records systems
- Coordinate IT system upgrades and compliance with federal standards
- Lead cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Ensure HIPAA and NIST compliance for all IT operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of IT experience with federal systems
- Active Security+ CE certification
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with VA-specific software (VistA, Cerner)
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
