Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT systems in compliance with NIST and FISMA standards
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect classified and unclassified data
- Lead system upgrades and integration projects using cutting-edge technologies
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization initiatives
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular security audits
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and security policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active DoD Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years experience in federal IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 security controls
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to obtain and maintain required IT credentials
